FMA Mourns the Passing of Jules César Kalisa

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Jules César Kalisa, a member of the inaugural FIFA Master class of 2000–2001.

Jules was a prominent figure in Rwandan football and served for many years as Secretary General of the Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA). Throughout his career, he made a significant contribution to the development of the game in his country.

Jules passed away on Sunday, 6 September, following a long illness. He was 55.

On behalf of the entire FIFA Master Alumni community, we extend our sincere condolences to Jules’s family, friends, classmates and all those who worked alongside him.
